ITV2 brought together seven bands from the 90s/00s and filmed their meetings, fights, and reconciliations. The series would culminate in a concert where they get to relive their highs and attempt to fix some of their errors.
The seven bands were:
Atomic Kitten (original Line-up, the band achieved their major success after Kerry had left the group).
911 (Lee had recently divorced Lindsay from B*Witched-DRAMA!- not really).
B*Witched (they address that Edele got sing all of the leads, so parts were divvied up)
Liberty X (no personal drama - they all love each other still.)
Honeyz (mish-mash line up. 2 from the originals and one of their replacements, these three singers had never sung together as they were never in the group at the same time).
5ive (but there are only 4our of them).
Blue (They never really broke up, so why do they get to be here?
The show was so successful, they got to tour (which was also filmed) and they also got a Christmas special!
Highlights of the reunion concert:
B*Witched doing "C'est La Vie". Keavy gets to sing the second verse! The original pre-chorus choreo! The speaking lines are intact! the jig!
Liberty X in the catsuits doing "Just A Little"
Atomic Kitten doing "Right Now" but it was a version that Kerry was not familiar with. in the series Kerry was not confident in anything, but by this performance the joy on her face is amazing.
Hearing the audience singing along to Five's "Keep on Moving" pre-tape intro video must have been thrilling.
B*Witched - "Rollercoaster" Lindsay gets the second verse this time!
Liberty X "Thinking it Over" / "Got to Have Your Love". "Thinking it Over" is my favourite Liberty X single. such good memories attached to that song.
B*Witched "Blame it on the Weatherman", a song i consider one of my perfect pop songs. i like that they let Edele sing most of it (Sinead gets to sing a small line on her own)
